TESLA ROADSTER VIDEO / ACCEPTABLE USE
Make something imaginative. Responsibly.
A video generator works best when everyone in the frame has a choice. Use these principles when preparing a photo or sharing an imagined scene.
Have permission
Use your own photos or obtain permission from the people and rights holders involved. Use images of adults who consent to this use. Do not use someone’s likeness to impersonate, harass, deceive or exploit them.
Keep it fictional
Do not depict generated stunts as safe instructions or real vehicle tests. Clearly disclose AI-generated or fictional imagery when context could otherwise mislead viewers.
Respect people and rights
Do not create sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, hateful abuse, threats or illegal material. Avoid using public figures, copyrighted characters or protected material without the rights needed for the intended use.
Review before sharing
Check the finished output for misleading details, personal information and unintended likenesses. AI imagery can change faces, plates, logos and other small elements.
